SOMETHING TO LOOK FORWARD TO
Sri Lanka 2027
A week of slowing down, breathing deeply and reconnecting with yourself in one of the most beautiful places in the world. I'd love you to join me.
13-20th MARCH 2027
Join Me in Sri Lanka
In March 2027, I'll be returning to the beautiful Nirbana Villa in Sri Lanka as a guest facilitator and co-host alongside Dr Claire Burley, supporting the wonderful Zoe and Fran on their luxury wellness retreat.
I was part of this retreat last year and completely fell in love with it. The setting, the people, the food, the conversations and the sense of spaciousness stayed with me long after I came home. It's one of those rare experiences that's difficult to capture in words—but the photographs come pretty close.
If you've been looking for an excuse to press pause, immerse yourself in breathwork and spend a week surrounded by incredible women in one of the most beautiful places I've ever visited, this might just be it.
WELCOME TO PARADISE
Why I Love This Retreat
It's a week of movement, nourishing food, breathwork, meaningful conversations and plenty of time to simply be.
You'll practise yoga, Pilates and breathwork, enjoy incredible meals, have time to relax by the pool or explore Sri Lanka's beautiful south coast, and be supported by an experienced team throughout the week. The retreat combines movement, nutrition, breathwork and plenty of free time to rest or explore.
My Part
Throughout the week, I'll be guiding breathwork sessions for the group, creating spaces to slow down, soften and reconnect with yourself. I'll also be offering one-to-one breathwork sessions if you'd like to explore your experience more deeply during the retreat.

The Setting
Nirbana Villa sits on a private island surrounded by jungle, rivers and tropical gardens, just a few minutes from the beaches of Ahangama. It's peaceful, luxurious and feels wonderfully tucked away, while still being close enough to explore Sri Lanka if you'd like to extend your trip.

I'd love that. If you're wondering whether this retreat is right for you, or you'd simply like to ask me what it was like last year, please get in touch. I'm always happy to share my experience and help you decide if it feels like the right fit.
Still Wondering If This Is for You?
A retreat is a bigger commitment than booking a class or a one-to-one, so it's completely natural to have questions. If you'd like to talk it through, ask about the retreat or simply see if it feels like the right fit, I'd love to hear from you.
