THE COMPLETE JOURNEY
Beyond Breath
A four-week journey to slow down, breathe and spend a little longer with yourself.
Four Wednesday evenings. 7–9pm. A small group of up to eight women, meeting weekly over four weeks. £300 for the complete journey. Starting each September and January.
THE FORMAT
A Different Kind of Together
There's something powerful about coming back to the same group each week.
As faces become familiar and trust begins to grow, conversations deepen. You start to realise that many of the things you've been carrying aren't yours alone. There's comfort in hearing someone else put words to something you've never quite known how to say.
It's a space where you can be honest, be held and be reminded that you're not doing this life on your own.
HOW IT FEELS
Every Wednesday Evening.
From the moment you arrive, everything is designed to help you slow down.
The room is warm and candlelit, fresh flowers are waiting, and there's always something delicious to share together. In the colder months, the wood-burning stove is lit. There might be a card to choose, a cup of cacao, and always a little time to arrive before we begin.
It feels less like attending a course and more like walking into a room where you're genuinely glad to be.
Ready to feel it for yourself?
How the Journey Unfolds
-
Week 1 — Enough As You Are —
We start by creating real safety in the body, and meeting yourself without the usual harshness. Everything else builds from here.
-
Week 2 — What You've Been Carrying —
Old stories, old resentments, things left unprocessed can sit heavy in the body. Through breath, we make room to actually put some of it down.
-
Week 3 — Boundaries & Relationships —
Breathwork helps you hear yourself more clearly. From here, we work on saying what you need, and reshaping how you relate to the people around you.
-
Week 4 — Direction & Voice —
In our final week, we breathe into where you're headed — your creativity, your voice, what you actually want next.
“I came with few expectations and was blown away by how things unfolded. Such a nurturing group to gather and grow together.”

What's Included
SEE YOURSELF
This Is For You If...
You've enjoyed breathwork before and found yourself wanting more.
You're looking for something deeper than a single class, but gentler than therapy.
You'd love the support of a small group who are walking alongside you.
Or perhaps you simply know it's time to give yourself four evenings that belong entirely to you.
THE BENEFITS
What People Often Notice
People often leave with a quieter relationship with themselves.
A little more compassion.
A little more clarity.
More confidence in listening to what their body is telling them.
And perhaps most importantly, the reassuring feeling that they don't have to have everything figured out on their own.
“I did therapy a couple of years ago, and I just never quite got what I needed from it — I'd leave every session feeling more frustrated, not less. This has been completely different. There's stuff I don't want to relive in words, but breathwork has let me release it anyway — like peeling away layers I've built up over years. I feel amazingly light after every session. I've told so many people about it since. Do it. You won't regret it.”

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Beyond Breath is for women who'd like to spend a little longer with themselves. If you've enjoyed breathwork before, or you're looking for a space to slow down, be supported and explore what unfolds over time, this four-week journey offers that opportunity.
You don't need any previous experience - just a willingness to show up with curiosity.
-
No — this is a lovely way to start, whether you've never tried it or you've done the odd class before.
-
Groups are intentionally small, with a maximum of eight women. Keeping the group intimate means everyone has space to feel seen without ever feeling overwhelmed.
-
No. You're always invited, never expected. Some people share openly, others prefer to simply listen and reflect. Both are completely welcome. This is your experience, and you get to decide what feels right.
-
Tears, laughter, moments of insight or simply feeling deeply relaxed are all natural responses. There's nothing you need to force or hold back. My role is to guide the space gently and safely, and you'll always be encouraged to move at your own pace.
-
Many women arrive feeling a little nervous - that's completely normal. You don't need to be confident or outgoing to feel at home here. What matters most is a willingness to be present, gently step outside your comfort zone and be open to the experience.
Beyond Breath probably isn't the right fit if being in a small group feels overwhelming or distressing right now. My intention is to create a space where everyone can settle naturally, and that works best when each person feels able to meet the experience with curiosity, even if they're a little apprehensive.
-
The sessions build on each other, so I'd encourage you to only book if you can commit to all four — that consistency is exactly what makes this different from a one-off class.
-
Soft, comfortable layers. A cushion, an eye mask if you like one, and a water bottle.
-
Not for this programme. Beyond Breath is designed as an in-person experience because so much of what makes it special comes from sharing the room together, week after week.
-
There's something powerful about returning each week. You begin to build trust with yourself, with the breath and with the people around you. The conversations deepen, the themes connect, and you have time to notice what changes—not just during the sessions, but in the days between them.
That's something a single class simply can't offer.
Not Quite Sure?
You don't have to decide on your own. If you'd like to talk through whether Beyond Breath feels like the right fit, book a short call or send me a message. I'd love to hear where you're at.
