I've spent years guiding total beginners alongside old hands, often in the very same room. Everyone gets to choose what they take part in, at their own pace. I bring humour, curiosity, and a good dose of playfulness — and I've yet to meet someone I couldn't win over. Leave the resistant ones to me.

Birthdays, Celebrations.. The Bigger Production
Same practice, more people, held wherever you're already gathering. Whether it's turning 30, 40, 50 or beyond, or just marking a birthday properly for once, this is a genuinely different way to celebrate — less noise, more presence, and a room full of people who leave talking about it for weeks.
Up to 5 people: £250
Each additional person beyond 5: £40
Free travel within 10 miles. Beyond that, a flat £75 travel supplement applies.
Groups of 20+ may need an assistant facilitator, arranged and costed directly with you.
At the end, once everything's settled, we’ll mark the occasion properly. Everyone gets a moment to share something they love or appreciate about the person we're celebrating, followed by a toast together — whatever that looks like for your group: herbal tea, kombucha, champagne, whatever you fancy. Just remember, no alcohol beforehand — the practice itself needs a clear head, but afterwards is entirely up to you. Optional of course.

THE INVITATION
A Private Group Session, Virtually
All the depth of an in-person gathering, without needing to be in the same room. Wherever your people actually are — different cities, different time zones, or just too spread out for one living room — this brings you together properly, breathing the same practice, at the same time. No one has to travel, and no one has to miss out.
£25 per person, minimum of 10.

Honestly, there's very little difference between "Come to Yours" and "A Celebration" — it's the same practice, wherever your group's gathering. The one real difference: celebrations close with everyone sharing something they love about the person being celebrated, followed by a toast. If you're spread out, or just prefer to stay home, Virtually gives you the same depth without anyone needing to travel. Planning something for your team or workplace? Lying down — it's how the breath practice works best. If anyone in your group has a health condition that makes lying down difficult, let me know when you enquire and we'll find what works.

For in-person gatherings: enough floor space for everyone to lie down comfortably, with a blanket and something soft underneath each person. For the virtual option: a device each, a bit of space to lie down, and headphones if you're joining from a shared room.

Yes, please — if anyone in the group is pregnant, has a heart condition, epilepsy, or any of the other contraindications covered on The Work page, I'll need to know beforehand so I can look after them properly.

Yes — plenty of gatherings are a mix of adults and older teens, and it works beautifully. Just let me know the ages when you enquire, so I can make sure the session's pitched right for everyone in the room.

As far ahead as you can, especially for celebrations with a fixed date — but get in touch even if it's short notice, and I'll do what I can.

Rather than a live calendar, I ask everyone to fill in the enquiry form with their preferred date — that way I can check it properly against everything else going on, and come back with a confirmed time that works. I'll get back to you within 24 hours, by email, phone, or WhatsApp, whichever you'd prefer.
