THE NEXT STEP
Your Season
More time. More space. More room for what's unfolding.
Three two-hour sessions over six to twelve weeks, with an optional 30-minute integration conversation between sessions.
THE NEXT STEP
Just for you
Life doesn't pause while you're doing this work.
Relationships evolve. Conversations happen. New awareness emerges. Sometimes things feel lighter. Sometimes they become clearer.
Your Season creates the space to come back, notice what's shifted, and continue your relationship with yourself.
People choose Your Season for all sorts of reasons.
Some people are moving through a season of change and want somewhere steady to return to.
Others have experienced a One-to-One and know they'd like to keep following what's emerging.
And some simply recognise that understanding ourselves rarely happens all at once.
This isn't about doing more.
It's about giving yourself the time to stay curious, notice what shifts between sessions, and build on it together.

THE SESSIONS
How Three Sessions Build
Each session follows the same gentle rhythm—conversation first, then breath—but what changes is what we build together.
Over six to twelve weeks, I get to know you, your story, your nervous system and the way you move through the world. You don't have to keep introducing yourself or starting from the beginning. We simply pick up where we left off and keep following what's unfolding.
Session One
We begin building trust—with each other, and with yourself.
You begin noticing how your body responds to the breath, what feels supportive, and what helps you feel safe enough to stay curious. There's no pressure to arrive with the whole story. We simply begin where you are.
Between Sessions
This is often where something unexpected happens.
And life keeps unfolding.
Conversations unfold. Relationships shift. You notice yourself responding differently. Things you hadn't connected before begin to make sense.
That's why I include an optional 30-minute integration conversation between sessions—to reflect on what's emerging before we meet again.
Session Two
By now, I know you a little better, too—and that allows us to meet what's here with more ease.
We don't begin from scratch. Instead, we build on everything that's happened since we last met.
Often this is where people begin trusting themselves more deeply, recognising patterns, and feeling more able to stay with whatever life is bringing.
Session Three
By now there's usually a different quality to the work.
You've built trust - not just in the practice, but in yourself.
You know how to listen when your body speaks.
You know what helps you feel grounded.
You know you don't have to force anything.
And because we've travelled this part of the journey together, there's space simply to arrive and continue.
By the end, it isn't that everything has been solved.
It's that you've developed a different relationship with yourself—one that you can keep returning to long after our time together.
And that's something that's yours to keep.
What People Are Saying
-
Being coached and guided by Ellie on my breathwork journey has meant so much to me. Each session gives me time and space to explore my thoughts, to centre myself, and to release emotions. I come out with a deep sense of calmness and clarity as to my next steps in life, and Ellie is there every step to listen, guide and support.

The release during the session itself was felt deep, feeling rooted into the ground and heavy under the blankets. After a long time of feeling out of touch and disconnected, this felt transformative. Since the session, this grounding has continued. I've found some ease at last, although life continues to be a challenge, I've not been afraid of the tears or the discomfort.
— Hayley
WHAT TO BRING
Before Your First Session
Soft layers. An empty-ish stomach. Skip the alcohol. Bring a cushion. An eye mask, if you like. And leave time afterwards — don't rush straight back into your day.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
If something specific is going on right now and you just want space to work through it, a one-to-one is a lovely place to start. If you're moving through something bigger — a relationship ending, grief, a pattern you keep noticing — Your Season gives you ongoing support over several weeks, rather than a single session. If you're not sure, get in touch and we can figure it out together.
-
That's completely normal, and nothing you need to prepare for. We'll talk it through together at the start of the session, and a theme usually finds its way to the surface — you don't need to arrive with an agenda.
-
There's no hard rule, but I usually recommend leaving ten days to two weeks between sessions. That gap isn't empty time — it's where everything actually lands and integrates. In many ways, that's where the real work happens. That said, it's not fixed, and we can talk about what's right for you.
-
That's really common, especially the first time. Most people find they settle quickly once they arrive — there are soft blankets, the space is cosy, and there's nothing you need to prepare or get right. Just come as you are.
-
That's not just okay, it's encouraged. Tears are the body's natural way of rebalancing — they release oxytocin, the same "feel-good" hormone linked to comfort and connection. Nothing here is too much, and I'm right there with you the whole time.
-
You don't need to. Breathwork isn't about belief — it's simply this: change the way you breathe, and you change the way you feel. Some people say they've glimpsed the meaning of life. Others just get a really good rest. Everything in between is available too, and it's different every time. There's nowhere you need to get to — just the breath, and staying with it.
-
A One-to-One can create a profound shift. But often the most meaningful part happens afterwards, as life carries on and you begin noticing yourself differently.
Your Season gives you somewhere to bring all of that. Instead of waiting until something feels difficult again, we keep following what's already unfolding. Over three sessions we build trust, deepen your understanding of yourself, and give those small moments of insight time to become lasting change.
That's why I created it. Not because one session isn't enough, but because sometimes what begins in one session deserves a little more room to grow.
-
Your Season isn't simply three One-to-Ones booked together. It's three sessions held with continuity in mind, giving us the chance to notice what's unfolding, build on it together, and support you through a meaningful stretch of life.
-
Absolutely. Your Season isn't designed to 'complete' you or suggest that three sessions are all you'll ever need. For some people, it's exactly the right amount of support for a particular chapter of life.
Others choose to continue with occasional one-to-one sessions whenever they feel the need for a place to pause, reconnect or work through what's unfolding. We'll talk about what feels right for you as we go.
-
Life happens. We'll arrange your remaining sessions together, so there's plenty of flexibility. If you need to move a session, just let me know with as much notice as possible and we'll find another time.
Ready When You Are
If Your Season feels like the right fit, I'd love to welcome you. If you'd rather ask a few questions first, book a call or send me a message. There's no rush.
Sometimes simply having the conversation is the first step.
