THE ULTIMATE GIFT
A Session For Two
Something rare — two hours where words matter less, and being properly together matters more. A chance to quieten the noise of everyday life and reconnect with what you appreciate about one another.
£200. In person, or virtually.
A DIFFERENT WAY OF BEING
Why Do This Together?
We spend so much of our lives talking. Catching up. Solving problems. Reassuring one another. Trying to find the right words.
Breathing together offers something different.
As the mind begins to quieten, we're often left with what was there underneath all along: compassion, appreciation, tenderness, even joy. People often find themselves laughing together, crying together, or simply sitting in a comfortable silence that feels surprisingly rare.
You don't have to explain everything or fix anything.
Instead, you share an experience that opens the heart and softens the edges. Afterwards, conversations often feel easier, more honest and more connected—not because you've tried harder, but because you've experienced something meaningful together.
It's a beautiful gift to give someone you care about.
Who It‘s For?
-
For Couples
A chance to put the phones down, stop being pulled in different directions, and actually be with each other again. No advice, no working through a list — just breath, and being properly in the room together. Couples often leave surprised by how much closer two hours of quiet, undistracted time can make them feel.
-
For Parent & Adult Child
Often it's a mother and daughter — the daughter going through something hard, a difficult relationship, work stress, anxiety, and the mother wanting to do something loving, something beyond what she can fix or control herself. A way to show up for each other, side by side, breathing — no old roles, no advice, just presence.
-
For Friends
Sometimes it's booked because a friend is going through a hard time, and this feels like a real, meaningful way to show up for them. Sometimes it's just two people wanting a genuinely cool, different experience together - something beyond the usual catch-up. Sometimes it's simply a beautiful way of saying, "I'm here with you." A chance to share something different with someone who already knows you well, and come out the other side feeling even closer.
REAL CONNECTION
Moments That Bring People Here
People arrive for all sorts of reasons.
Sometimes one person is going through a difficult season and the other simply wants to say, I'm here.
Sometimes it's a couple longing to reconnect without analysing everything.
Sometimes it's two friends choosing to share something different together.
Sometimes there's nothing to fix at all.
Just two people choosing to slow down and make time for one another.
THE SESSION
How We'll Work Together
We begin with conversation - space for both of you to arrive, share what's brought you here, and gently settle on what you'd like this time to be about.
Then we move into breath. You'll each be guided through the practice side by side, breathing your own breath, but never alone in it.
Music matters here too. I carefully curate the soundtrack before you arrive, creating a space that feels safe, spacious and deeply held.
If you're joining virtually, you'll be together in the comfort of your own home. If you're with me in person, we'll meet in my garden studio. Surrounded by trees, with huge windows looking out onto nature, it feels more like a treehouse than a treatment room.
Sheepskins. Warm blankets. Chocolate. Water with fresh orange. Flowers from the garden. Space for both of you simply to arrive.
Each session lasts two hours. Afterwards, there's time to talk, reflect, or simply sit quietly together before heading home.
Ready to feel it for yourself?
SOMETHING I HEAR OFTEN
Some of the most meaningful conversations don't happen during the session. They happen on the drive home, over dinner, or walking along the beach afterwards.
Kind Words from Clients
"My daughter had been signed off work with stress, and I wanted to do something that felt genuinely helpful."
This gave us both the chance to slow down and spend some uninterrupted time together. She opened up in a way she hadn't before, and afterwards we had the longest conversation. It felt like we'd both been given a bit of breathing space, and I'm so glad we did it.
— Joanna
“My friend booked this session for us because she knew I was having a really stressful time at work and feeling overwhelmed.”
I felt so incredible afterwards, and that feeling stayed with me for days. Everything seemed lighter and easier. Thank you so much."
— Rachel
"We run our own businesses, we're always on the phone and constantly being pulled in different directions—with young kids too. It's rare that we're both properly present together.."
Breathing with Ellie always gets us talking again. It never feels like work or just another thing on the list. We always leave talking more openly..
— Steffy

Frequently Asked Questions
-
No.
This session is for any two people who'd like to share the experience together—partners, friends, siblings, parents and adult children, or anyone else who feels close.
-
No — it isn't therapy, and it isn't about problem-solving or working through a list of issues. It's a chance to breathe together, and let new ways of relating emerge naturally, without needing to analyse or fix anything.
-
That's a lovely reason to come. Not every session is about working through something hard — sometimes it's simply about sharing a genuinely different experience with someone you
-
It's not designed as conflict resolution, and there's no pressure to solve anything specific. But by coming back into the body together, it often becomes easier to hear each other — especially when words have started to feel loaded, or you keep circling the same conversation without landing anywhere.
-
Not at all. Some people come with something specific they'd like to explore, while others simply want to slow down, reconnect or share a meaningful experience together. We'll begin with a conversation and let the session unfold from there.
-
Not at all. This works well whether it's your first time or your fiftieth, together or separately.
-
That's really common, and completely fine. You don't need to believe in anything, or arrive feeling ready — just curious enough to show up. Most people find they settle quickly once they're here.
-
That's not a problem - it's often exactly the point. Whatever needs to come up is welcome, it can be laughter, tears and compassion - nothing here is too much.
A Beautiful Thing To Share
