IT STARTS WITH YOU
One to One session
Two hours to slow down, breathe, and understand yourself more deeply.
In person or online. £150.
THE INVITATION
Come As You Are
You don't need to have the right words, a clear plan, or even know exactly why you're here.
Sometimes we simply need to step out of the noise long enough to hear our own voice again.
I'll guide the breath and gently hold the space. Together, we'll stay curious about whatever unfolds.
Just show up as you are.
BEGINNING OR CONTINUING
A Space Just For You
Whether you're new to breathwork or returning because life has asked something different of you, this session offers dedicated time to pause, reconnect and hear your own voice again.
Some people arrive with something they want to explore. Others simply know it's time to make space for themselves. However you come, we'll begin there.
There's no expectation to book a certain number of sessions or come back on any particular schedule. Some people return months later. Others come more regularly for a season. The rhythm is always led by you.
THE SESSION
How We'll Work Together
Arrival
We begin with around 40 minutes of conversation. Time to arrive properly, settle in, and explore what's present for you. If it feels right, you're welcome to choose three cards too - take what resonates and leave the rest.
From there, we move into the breath.
Music, breath and gentle movement come together in a practice that's guided but never prescriptive. I'll curate your playlist before you arrive, and throughout the session, you set the pace. You can slow down, pause or stop at any point. This is never about pushing through. It's about staying in relationship with yourself.
Your Space
If we're meeting online, you'll already be somewhere familiar, with nowhere to rush afterwards.
If you're coming to my garden studio, you'll find a light-filled space surrounded by trees - more treehouse than converted garden building. Blankets, sheepskins, water, chocolate, a slice of orange, fresh flowers from the garden and hand-blended oils are all there if you'd enjoy them.
Where it feels supportive, and always with your explicit consent, I may offer gentle grounding touch, such as a hand on your shoulder, stomach or feet.
Afterwards
The session may finish after two hours, but the experience doesn't end there.
Later that day, I'll send you the playlist, a short guided meditation, a few reflections from our time together, and optional journal prompts if you'd like to keep exploring. If you chose cards, I'll include their meanings too.
Ready to feel it for yourself?
WHY I BELIEVE IN THIS WORK
The first time I did this work myself, something happened I still think about often
“ I'd had a complicated birth with my first child some 17 years earlier, and somewhere along the way I'd quietly decided my body had failed me.
During that session, without ever needing to tell the story out loud, something seismic shifted.
I felt this overwhelming wave of gratitude for everything my body had done to keep us safe, followed by a deep awareness of the story I'd been carrying ever since.
The sadness, the loss of autonomy and the quiet resentment I'd held for years simply fell away, replaced by a profound sense of self-compassion that brought me to tears.
My first thought afterwards was, "If I'd been holding this for 17 years without even knowing it, what else had I been carrying?!
That question stayed with me. It marked the beginning of a different relationship with myself - one rooted less in fixing and more in curiosity, compassion and trust.
The Space In Person & Virtually
01
01 — Away From the Noise:
Natural light, Sheepskins, Peace. Whether you're lying here with me or joining from wherever you are, this is where every session happens — so you get the same space just for you, the same soft light, the same feeling of solitude.
At the bottom of the garden, amongst the trees, away from the noise and busyness of the day. A proper kind of solace — somewhere the world can't quite reach.

A FEW WORDS
Before We Meet
Wear soft cosy layers. Have an empty-ish stomach. Skip the alcohol. Bring a cushion. An eye mask, if you like. And leave time afterwards — don't rush straight back into your day.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
If something specific is going on right now and you just want space to work through it, a one-to-one is a lovely place to start. If you're moving through something bigger — a relationship ending, grief, a pattern you keep noticing — Your Season gives you ongoing support over several weeks, rather than a single session. If you're not sure, get in touch and we can figure it out together.
-
That's completely normal, and nothing you need to prepare for. We'll talk it through together at the start of the session, and a theme usually finds its way to the surface — you don't need to arrive with an agenda.
-
Absolutely. Some people come for a single session during a particular season of life, while others return every few months or choose Your Seasonif they're looking for more consistent support.
Some people return every few months as a way of checking in with themselves, while others come when life feels particularly full or they're navigating a period of change.
There's no set timeline - we'll always decide together what feels most helpful, based on where you are and what you need.
-
That's really common, especially the first time. Most people find they settle quickly once they arrive — there are soft blankets, the space is cosy, and there's nothing you need to prepare or get right. Just come as you are.
-
That's not just okay, it's encouraged. Tears are the body's natural way of rebalancing — they release oxytocin, the same "feel-good" hormone linked to comfort and connection. Nothing here is too much, and I'm right there with you the whole time.
-
You don't need to. Breathwork isn't about belief — it's simply this: change the way you breathe, and you change the way you feel. Some people say they've glimpsed the meaning of life. Others just get a really good rest. Everything in between is available too, and it's different every time. There's nowhere you need to get to — just the breath, and staying with it.
-
There's very little you need to do. Wear comfortable clothes, avoid a heavy meal beforehand and bring anything that helps you feel at ease. Most importantly, come exactly as you are - you don't need to arrive feeling calm or knowing what you want to work on. Don’t forget your cushion and eye mask!
-
We always leave time to gently land and reflect before you head home. Some people feel lighter, some more emotional, others simply quieter. Every experience is different, so I encourage you to give yourself a little space afterwards if you can.
Ready When You Are
No pressure to commit to anything beyond this one session. Book it, come back when you need to, or start here and see where it leads.
