INTRODUCING

Breathe Love

People often describe Breathe Love as an emotional workout. A chance to move whatever you've been carrying, create a little more space inside yourself, and return to life feeling lighter, clearer and more like you.

IN THIS TOGETHER

Breathe Love

A monthly breathwork class to help you exhale the month, reconnect with yourself, and leave feeling lighter than when you arrived.

Whether it's your first time or your fiftieth, this is a space to pause, breathe and remember what it feels like to simply be yourself again.

Why People Love It

For many people, Breathe Love is where everything begins.

It's a chance to experience breathwork in a relaxed, welcoming group before deciding whether you'd like to explore it further.

For others, it's somewhere they return to month after month. A regular reset. A way of looking after themselves before life gets too loud.

Like exercise keeps your body moving, this is a chance to keep your emotional world moving too.

Not because something has gone wrong.

Simply because life has a habit of building up.

QUIETLY POWERFUL

What Makes It Different?

There's something quietly powerful about breathing alongside other people.

Everyone is having their own experience, yet somehow the shared energy in the room makes it feel easier to soften, let go and stay with yourself.

SuStudio is the perfect setting for it.

As we breathe, daylight slowly gives way to golden hour, and as evening arrives, the glass roof opens the room to the sky above. There's something incredibly grounding about lying beneath the changing light, surrounded by people all choosing to slow down together.

It always feels a little bit special.

SPACE TO BREATHE

What To Expect

Every class begins with a gentle arrival and a chance to settle into the space.

I'll introduce the breath, explain everything you need to know, and guide you throughout the practice, so there's nothing you need to get right.

Whether you're carrying stress, feeling emotionally full, struggling to switch your mind off, or simply craving a little space to breathe, you're welcome exactly as you are.

People often leave feeling...

  • lighter

  • calmer

  • more open

  • more connected to themselves

  • more able to say what they really mean

  • like they've finally taken a deep breath after holding it for weeks.

No two classes are ever quite the same.

HOW YOU’LL FEEL

What are the benefits of group breathwork?

Group breathwork is about so much more than breathing in the same room. While each person's experience is their own, there is something profoundly reassuring about sharing the space with others. It reminds us that we're not alone in what it means to be human. Together, we create an environment where it's safe to slow down, soften and simply be ourselves.

Being witnessed without judgement, breathing alongside others and knowing there's nothing you need to prove can be deeply regulating. Our nervous systems naturally respond to the people around us, and in a calm, supportive group we often find it easier to settle into our own experience. We borrow a sense of safety from one another, allowing us to feel more connected to ourselves and to those around us.

For me, one of the greatest gifts of group breathwork is the sense of shared humanity. You don't have to explain your story or have the right words. Just by showing up, you begin to realise that joy, grief, uncertainty, hope and love are experiences we all share. Again and again, people leave feeling lighter, more connected and with a renewed sense that they don't have to navigate life on their own.

Connection. Co-regulation. Community. A gentle reminder that you're never as alone as you think you are.
