They've been experiences. Time together. A concert. A weekend away. Something I still remember years later.
That's what I hope this feels like.
Not just an afternoon in the diary, but a couple of hours where someone feels listened to, looked after and able to slow down for a while.
Long after the ribbon has been untied, they'll still have that experience to carry with them. And to me, that's what makes a gift like this so special.
THE PROCESS
What to expect:
Not sure which one to give? Here's a quick sense of what each experience actually involves. Available in Person or Online - except for Beyond Breath- which is In Person only

Two hours, just for them, to work with whatever they're carrying right now - to de-stress, reduce tension and deeply relax - in my garden studio space, Poole, or from wherever they are. £150.

Something rare - two hours where words matter less, and being properly together matters more. Breathe with a partner, a friend, or family. £200.

Three sessions, given room to build - for something bigger that's still unfolding. Guided support for 6-8 weeks with check- in’s- between sessions. £495.

A four-week journey, guided and held from start to finish. A women-only space at my home. Just 6 spaces. Starting Sept 2026 and Jan 2027. £300.

Yes. Most experiences are available in person in Poole, Dorset or online via Zoom.
The only exception is Beyond Breath, which is an in-person experience.

Yes. You can either gift a specific experience or choose a monetary amount and let them decide what feels right.

Absolutely. If you're sending your Gift Love directly to them, you can include a personal message to make it feel even more special.

Yes. You can choose to have your Gift Love certificate sent to you, or directly to the recipient. Digital delivery is available, and you can also choose the beautifully wrapped gift option if you'd like something to give in person.

Yes. If you'd like something special to give in person, your Gift Love certificate can be presented in a beautiful kraft certificate box, complete with a pink or black silk eye mask, with some artisan chocolate, carefully wrapped with ribbon.
Gift wrapping is £10, plus postage, and can be sent either to you or directly to your recipient.
If you'd prefer, your Gift Love certificate can also be delivered digitally.
