Finding My Way Back

I left home at 17, spent time abroad and eventually settled in London, where I built a career, met my husband and started a family. Looking back, I can see that I became very good at keeping things moving. I was driven, capable and eager to do things well, often measuring myself by whether I'd met the expectations of the people around me. What I didn't notice at the time was how rarely I paused to ask myself what I needed, what I had the capacity for, or whether the path I was on still felt true to me.

Returning to Poole with two young children was one of the biggest transitions of my life. I felt anxious, disconnected and unsure of who I was becoming. Therapy became a turning point. It helped me understand myself with greater compassion and recognise patterns that had quietly shaped the way I moved through the world for years.

As I slowly found my feet again, I began saying yes to the things that brought me back to life. I picked up my camera, explored filmmaking, taught myself copywriting and web design, and discovered Qoya - a movement practice that helped me reconnect with my body in a completely different way.

It wasn't until I discovered breathwork that I realised there was another layer still. Therapy had helped me understand my story. Breathwork helped me experience it differently. It showed me the difference between knowing something intellectually and truly feeling it in my body. That experience changed not only the way I related to myself, but the way I relate to others and the way I work today.

Then I Found Breathwork

My first breathwork session changed the direction of my life.

I expected to learn a breathing technique, but instead I experienced a level of self-compassion and inner peace I'd never known before. Without trying to fix anything, old beliefs I'd been carrying quietly for years began to soften. I left wondering, "If I'd been carrying that without even knowing it, what else might be possible?"

I trained with David Elliott the following year, and over time found myself stepping away from teaching Qoya to devote myself fully to this work. Seven years later, I've had the privilege of guiding thousands of people through one-to-one sessions, retreats, businesses, festivals and group experiences.

Alongside breathwork, I've continued to deepen my understanding through trauma-informed training with Claire Rother, Yoga Body Breath Coach certification and I'm currently completing an Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling at Iron Mill College. Every part of that journey continues to shape how I hold this work.

Before All of This

Before breathwork, I spent almost twenty years working in the creative industries. My career took me from luxury retail and high-end events to photography, branding, copywriting and web design.

For years those roles felt completely separate from the work I do now. Looking back, I can see they've always been connected. I've always loved helping people feel more at ease, express themselves honestly and create experiences that leave them feeling something.

Perhaps that's what I've always been doing.

Everything I Love Comes Into the Room

What I offer isn't simply breathwork. It's an experience shaped by everything I've loved and learnt along the way.

Creativity. Conversation. Beautiful spaces. Music. Silence. Laughter. Honest questions. The relief that comes when we stop trying to hold everything together. I care deeply about how people feel from the moment they arrive, which is why I pay attention to every part of the experience—the atmosphere, the pace, the soundtrack and the space between things.

Music has always been one of the greatest loves of my life. Four years ago I also chose sobriety, and it brought a clarity and presence that quietly changed how I experience the world. These days you'll often find me at a gig, completely captivated by people creating from the heart. I love watching musicians lose themselves in what they do—the courage, the vulnerability, the moments that are polished and the moments that aren't. There's something beautifully human about it.

That's the feeling I hope to create in my own work. Like a great piece of music, every session has its own rhythm. We begin gently, become curious together, follow whatever unfolds and allow space for everything that's welcome—tears, laughter, insight, stillness and sometimes moments that simply can't be explained. Every playlist is carefully curated because I don't think music accompanies the experience; I think it helps create it.

More than anything, I hope people leave remembering something about themselves. Not because I've given them anything new, but because together we've created the conditions for them to rediscover what was already there all along.
