A TRANSFORMING EXPERIENCE
For Creative Teams
Squeezed for time, and struggling to get real enthusiasm or uptake for another team event? This is something different — creative, inspiring, and entirely beyond words. This is a unique experience that goes beyond words — one that can ignite your team's creativity, spark more open and honest conversation, and bring a real sense of connection.
REAL CONNECTION
Real Work Real Teams
Stress, depression and anxiety now account for roughly half of all work-related ill health in the UK. If you're running a creative team, you already know what that looks like day to day — good people, running on empty, expected to keep producing brilliant work anyway.
I bring breathwork into studios and agencies as a genuine way to come down from that state — properly, together, not just for the length of a coffee break.
THE PITCH
Why Breathwork?
Before this became my full-time work, I spent years in the creative industries myself, including time at Saatchi & Saatchi. I'm a creative person at heart — I love experiences that leave a real imprint, good music, live performance, film — and I bring all of that into every session I run. I know what a room full of talented, time-poor people actually needs, and why most generic wellness offerings miss the mark for teams like yours.
I've worked with leading PR agencies and Marketing teams — delivering both virtual sessions for remote and distributed teams, and in-person sessions to open strategy days and team offsites.
A confidential space to explore what's really going on, and find healthier ways to navigate it — together. What surprises people most is how quickly the conversation opens up afterwards. Teams often discover just how much they have in common — shared pressures, shared worries, things nobody had quite said out loud before.
People leave feeling genuinely closer to each other. It's one of the best things I've seen for real team bonding, precisely because it isn't a bonding exercise — it just happens, naturally, once everyone's properly in the room together.
THE SESSION
HOW A SESSION ACTUALLY WORKS
I arrive 30 min before the session and get the room ready before anyone joins. At the start, there's time for everyone to settle, ask questions, and let me know privately if there's anything I should be aware of health-wise. No one's rushed into anything - there's plenty of space to get comfortable and find your feet with the practice before we really begin. The actual session is 1 hour with 30 mins to introduce and facilitate open conversation afterwards.
Afterwards, we sit and reflect together. This is often the part teams remember most - people learning things about each other they never knew, understanding for the first time how a colleague actually experiences stress or connection. Some people leave with real clarity. Some say their best ideas of the week showed up in that room. More than one team has told me it became genuine fuel for the work they went on to do together afterwards.

DEAR ORGANISER
Never Done This Before? Don't Worry
I've spent years guiding total beginners alongside old hands, often in the same room. Everyone gets to choose what they take part in, at their own pace. I bring humour, curiosity, and a good dose of playfulness — and I've yet to meet someone I couldn't win over. Leave the resistant ones to me.

Every team and every brief is different — so rather than a price list, let's have a proper conversation about your team, your goals, and what you're hoping the session does. I'll come back to you with a considered proposal.
Tell me a bit about what you're picturing, and I'll come back to you with a confirmed price and everything you need to book.

You don't need to have everything figured out.
