Intimate, personal and created just for you, the breath becomes the thread that connects everyone and leaves you feeling lighter, closer and more alive.

How it works

A guided breathwork journey held with care and intention. We’ll begin by arriving together, setting the tone for your circle. You’ll move through a full session with a curated playlist designed to support the energy of your group, and we’ll close with time to land and integrate.

Circles can unfold anywhere you feel comfortable — your home, a garden, online, a retreat space or a hired venue. I’ll help you create the right atmosphere so it feels special, wherever you are.

A private circle crafted just for your group. A bespoke playlist to revisit afterwards. Guidance and support throughout the journey, so you feel safe, connected and free to express.

From £300 for up to 20 people (travel or venue hire not included). Larger groups or bespoke requests can be tailored on enquiry.

There were 10 of us at a country house in Dorset- some had done some yoga breathwork but most had no previous experience. Ellie explained everything so well and made us all feel so relaxed.
