Schedule | The themes we’ll explore together
Week 1
Self Love { softening into a sense of enoughness }
We begin by creating safety in the body and meeting ourselves with compassion. This is the foundation for everything else - learning to rest in the truth that you are already enough.
Week 2
Forgiveness { letting go of what weighs you down }
Old stories, resentments, and unprocessed emotions can feel heavy to carry. Through breath and reflection, you’ll explore what it means to release the weight and move forward with greater ease.
WEEK 3
Boundaries & Relationships { honouring your needs in connection }
Breathwork helps you listen more closely to yourself. From here, we’ll explore how to express your needs clearly, strengthen your boundaries, and reshape the way you relate to others.
DAY 4
Purpose & Expression { stepping into clarity and freedom }
In our final week, we’ll breathe into your sense of direction, creativity, and voice - supporting you to feel resourced, clear, and more confident to live in alignment with who you really are.

Each session builds on the last, creating momentum and giving you tools, insights, and practices you can carry into daily life - so the benefits don’t just fade, they grow, along with your practice.

Not at all. The Immersion is open to beginners as well as those who’ve done a few sessions before. Everything will be guided, and you’ll be supported to go at your own pace.

The Immersion is designed as a progressive journey, so ideally you’ll attend all sessions to get the full benefit. That said, life happens. If you know you’ll miss one, let me know—I’ll support you with ways to stay connected to the group and the practices in between.

Yes. Breathwork is a powerful way to release stress and regulate emotions, and I’ll always create a safe space for you to feel supported. If you’re unsure, you’re welcome to reach out through my contact page and we can talk it through.

Wear something comfortable you can relax and breathe deeply in. Bring a mat, blankets, and a cushion - eye mask is optional. bring a journal and pen. Cacao will be provided and the log burner on if its cold!
