I’m based in Poole, Dorset BH14 and work in London, virtually and beyond.

Sessions are offered in person and online and I regularly work with people both locally and further afield.

One-to-one, couples and small group sessions take place in my home studio – a quiet, welcoming space to land and breathe. You’ll receive full details and directions in your booking confirmation email.
