Breathe Into Connection
Breathwork for Couples, Families & the bonds that shape us..
Even the strongest relationships can hit moments of disconnection. Maybe words keep missing the mark, emotions flare before you can catch them, or silence lingers where you wish there was understanding. Sometimes it feels like you’re circling the same patterns, longing for more ease, openness and love.
Breathwork offers a different way in. It’s not about analysing or fixing - it’s about creating space to breathe together, soften the tension, and listen with more than words.

What these sessions offer
A safe, guided space for partners, parent–child, siblings, or anyone wanting to strengthen their bond
Simple but powerful breathing techniques you can use together beyond the session
Gentle guidance and reflection to support new ways of connecting
A chance to release built-up stress or emotion in a held environment..

-
Not at all. Most couples and families I work with are complete beginners. I’ll guide you gently through everything step by step. All you need is an open mind and a willingness to breathe together.
-
No. Breathwork isn’t about analysing or trying to fix your relationship. It’s a shared experience that helps you release stress, soften tension, and listen to each other in a different way. Some people find it complements therapy beautifully, but it stands alone as its own healing practice.
-
That’s completely normal. Many people arrive feeling a little uncertain. Once we begin, most find the breathing itself brings a sense of calm and safety. You’re always in control — you can pause, rest, or share how you’re feeling at any point.
-
Yes, but not by trying to ‘solve’ an argument. Breathwork helps regulate your nervous system so you’re calmer, more present, and better able to hear one another. The gentle enquiry questions also open space for honest sharing in a supportive way.
-
No. These sessions are for any important relationship - parent and child, siblings, close friends. The breath is a powerful way to deepen connection wherever it’s needed.
-
We begin with a short check-in and optional card reading to set your intention. Then I’ll guide you both through a 3-part breath practice, supported by music. Afterwards we spend time in gentle enquiry and reflection, helping you notice shifts and take insights with you.
-
Sessions are around 90 minutes. The investment begins at £150.
-
Yes. Online sessions are just as powerful as in person. All you need is a quiet space, headphones, and somewhere comfortable to lie down.
-
That’s more common than you might think. Breathwork doesn’t ask you to believe in anything - it’s a physical practice, using your own breath. Even if one of you feels sceptical, you can still benefit. Many people are surprised by how quickly the body responds and how natural it feels.
-
Breathwork can sometimes bring emotions to the surface - but this is part of the healing process. I’ll hold a safe and supportive space for whatever arises. You’re always in control, and there’s no expectation to share more than you feel comfortable with. Many couples find that allowing these feelings to move actually brings them closer together.
