You are not alone

Lately, I’ve been reflecting on just how vital it is to have the right support around you.

The kind that holds you steady when life feels messy. The kind that reminds you who you are when you forget. Whether it’s a therapist who helps you untangle the internal knots or those golden friends who just get it – the ride-or-die ones who see you fully, even in your most unfiltered moments – it all matters more than we often realise.

We’re not meant to do this alone.

I know how much more grounded, open and fully me I feel when I’m surrounded by people who feel safe. Who don’t need me to be perfect. Who meet me with humour, kindness and presence. Having that kind of support doesn’t mean things magically get easier – but it does mean you don’t have to carry it all by yourself.

So here’s a gentle nudge:

Who’s in your corner right now?

Who are the people cheering you on quietly, holding space when things feel heavy, or simply sitting beside you in the silence?

And if the answer doesn’t come easily, or you’re sensing it’s time to make some shifts – that’s okay too. You’re allowed to reassess. To choose, or re-choose, what support truly looks like for you.

This is your reminder that you deserve to feel held. Not just when everything’s going well, but especially when it’s not.

Let yourself be supported. You don’t have to do it all alone.

Three Self-Enquiry Prompts

If you want to take it a little deeper, here are three prompts you can sit with, journal on, or simply let land in your body:

  1. Who truly sees me, just as I am?

  2. What kind of support feels nourishing to me right now?

  3. Where in my life am I craving deeper connection or understanding?

Pick one. Or let them float around with you for a few days. Let them meet you gently.
