Due to the high demand for Shift, I’m opening a second intimate session — Shift Pop-Up — held in the cosy setting of my home studio.
This intimate circle is limited to 8 women and offers the same uplifting Shift experience in a smaller, more personal space. Over 90 minutes, you’ll be guided through somatic breathwork, gentle movement, and reflection to release tension, reset your energy and reconnect with yourself. This is for seasoned breathers rather than first timers.
Bring your journal and a pen to capture what arises. With only 8 spaces, this pop-up circle is a chance to experience Shift more closely and deepen your practice.
