Due to the high demand for Shift, I’m opening a second class — Shift Pop-Up — held in the cosy setting of my home studio.
This intimate circle is limited to 8 people and offers the same uplifting Shift experience in a smaller, more personal space. Over 90 minutes, you’ll be guided through somatic breathwork, gentle movement, and reflection to release tension, reset your energy and reconnect with yourself.
