Breathwork can bring powerful shifts in a single session. But some things take time - the untangling of old stories, the softening of long-held patterns, the rediscovery of your voice.
Mentoring gives you a container to be held, heard, and guided over weeks or months. It’s not about fixing you. It’s about walking beside you while you reconnect with yourself, your truth, and your power.

Compassionate listening so you feel deeply heard
WhatsApp support between sessions for moments you need a reminder or reflection

The Deep Dive
A focused, supportive container to help you shift, release and reconnect.
Includes:
3 x breathwork sessions (2hrs each)
3 x integration sessions (60 mins each — space to reflect, process, and receive intuitive guidance)
WhatsApp support between sessions (for check-ins, voice notes, or reflections)
Tailored resources (playlists, practices) to support your path
Perfect if you want a deep dive into breathwork and mentoring, with a steady rhythm of support over a 2-3 months.

The Mentorship
A longer, more spacious journey for sustained transformation and accountability.
Includes:
6 x breathwork sessions (2hrs each)
6 x integration sessions (60 mins each)
Ongoing WhatsApp support between sessions
Tailored resources, reflections, and practices to guide you between sessions
Optional bonus: Qoya-inspired movement or intuitive voice-note support (to be agreed based on your needs)

My Approach
I’ve guided thousands of people over the past seven years, trained with mentor David Elliott in New Mexico and blended breathwork with Qoya, reflection, and my own lived experience of parenting, sobriety, body love, and long-term relationship.
My role is not to tell you who to be. It’s to create a space where you can soften, release and remember yourself - and to walk with you as you grow.

Usually every 2–3 weeks, though the rhythm is tailored to your life.
