Breath is the bridge which connects life to consciousness, which unites your body to your thoughts.

Breathwork
Across centuries and cultures, people have known this truth. In India, the practice of pranayama was said to channel the flow of life force. The Taoists in China used the breath to cultivate chi. Aristotle wrote of the breath as the source of life itself. Breath has always been sacred. And in our own time, it has risen again - carried by pioneers like Leonard Orr and Stan Grof, who revealed how the conscious breath can soften the body, free old emotions, and open us to healing.
The Way I Guide
The breath I teach is a three-part rhythm. Simple, illuminating, alive. It awakens your life force and takes you to the tender place between waking and sleep - where the body can unravel, energy can shift, and what’s been held too tightly can finally be released.
We breathe actively for around 30 minutes. Then we rest. This resting breath is where you bathe in the energy you’ve created, where you feel the afterglow, the sweetness of being. From there, we ground, sit together, and integrate.
Sound, music, gentle movement - even the scent of oils or a taste of dark chocolate - all become part of the medicine. It’s breath, yes, but it’s also beauty.
My Way of Working
My work is a blend: breath, expression, listening, reflection. The elements are always present — earth to hold you, fire to transform, water to flow, air to expand.
I trained in New Mexico with my mentor, David Elliott, completing Levels 1–5 in person. Over the past seven years I’ve guided thousands of people — one-to-one, in couples, in creative spaces, on festival fields, in circles both big and small. Each breath is different, each journey its own.
Alongside breathwork I am a Qoya Inspired Movement teacher and a certified YogaBody® Breathing coach am a training Integrative Counsellor. All of these threads weave together into the work I share.
Why I Do This Work
My mission is love. Always love. To help people begin with themselves, because self-love is the root from which all healing grows.
I bring not only my training, but my life: long-term relationship, parenting, the wild path of body love, the clarity of sobriety, the courage of authentic expression. What I know is this - your voice matters, your truth matters, your power matters. At any age, at any stage.
